The above ZLY and imported reducer can be equipped with maintenance motor and backstop (ZSY, DCT, DCYK type reducer can also be equipped with backstop, the repair motor is generally YTC series gear reducer with a friction The clutch is connected to the reducer). The ZJY reducer can be equipped with a backstop, which is inconvenient to be equipped with the repair motor. It is generally only used on TH and TDD series bucket lifters with power less than 22KW. In use, the motor is mounted on the device frame and welded to the side of the bucket housing, and the belt drive is driven between the motor shaft and the reducer shaft. At this point it should be noted that the backstop must not interfere with the head housing.
